Each person may operate only one account on tkbat. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. We reserve the right to close any account created with false information. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if your account details change.

2.4 Identity Verification

We may request documents at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment information. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

It is your responsibility to keep your tkbat account password and login details completely confidential. We protect your data using SSL encryption, but the security of your own login details is your responsibility.

3.1 Password Confidentiality

3.3 No Account Transfer

Your tkbat account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or assigning your account to any other party is strictly prohibited.

tkbat ensures fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile payment systems. All transactions are conducted in Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkbat supports only the following mobile payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — digital payment service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that:

• Your account is fully verified.
• The withdrawal request is made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus have been completed.

4.4 Deposit Verification

tkbat reserves the right to verify the source of any deposit for security reasons. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

tkbat offers various bonuses and promotions for its members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• Completing the wagering requirement before withdrawing from the bonus balance is mandatory.
• If the deposit is refunded before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is detected, tkbat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

tkbat provides weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play and loyalty to the platform.

5.5 Promotion Changes

tkbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Contact us for the latest information on current promotions.

Section 06

tkbat is committed to ensuring fair play on its platform. All game outcomes are governed by an impartial random number generator (RNG).

6.1 Finality of Game Results

Once a game round is completed, its result is considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the settlement of that round will be based on data stored on the tkbat server.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Any bet placed outside these limits will be automatically rejected.

6.3 Fairness of Play

tkbat is firmly committed to fair play. Ensuring equal opportunity for every player is our core goal. If any player attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, their account will be closed immediately.

6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

In all sports betting markets including cricket, bet outcomes are determined based on the final score or official announcement. In the event of a match cancellation or abandonment, tkbat's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the security of our platform and a fair experience for all members:

7.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Playing games using any bot, automated software, or third-party tool.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system ("multi-accounting").
• Exploiting any game vulnerability or bug.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.

7.2 Money Laundering

tkbat complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Using funds from illegal sources on the platform is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities.

7.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to attack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's infrastructure.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Republishing any platform content without permission.

tkbat works continuously to ensure the best possible service through our platform, but there are certain limitations that members should be aware of.

8.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical errors, maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or any other reason. In such situations, tkbat will consider reasonable compensation for affected members.

8.2 Third-Party Content

tkbat provides games from various game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe). The respective game provider is responsible for any technical issues with these games.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkbat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For any claim, tkbat's total liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the relevant member during the period related to the incident.
